The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.
Payment
You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the booking to secure your reservation. A full payment is required in advance and by booking, you are authorising the debiting of the card provided.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit card: American Express, Visa, Mastercard
Money transfer: Western Union or Bank Transfer
Online payment: PayPal
Arrival and Departure
Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking after signing in to Your Account and clicking on the “Cancel booking” link.
Cancellations or changes made 7 days or more in Low Seasons and 15 days in High Seasons prior to arrival are charged a 6% processing fee (from the total amount to cover financial charges). For shorter notices closer to check-in date or in case of no-show a 100% penalty will be applied.
High season periods: Adha Nov 12-25, Winter season Dec 1st till April 30, Summer season Jul and Aug
Tours, transfer, cars or insurance cancellations made less than 72 hours are subject to full charge, otherwise a 6% processing fee apply.
There are no exceptions, including weather or other factors beyond our control.
All refund requests must occur within 15 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client’s credit card.
